I can absolutely relate to what Joe is saying. I to have bpd was diagnosed around 4 years ago and can say its single hardest thing i have ever had to deal with. It compleatly controls my life and decides what i can and cant do. I honestly dont know who i am and constanly get thoughts of ending my life i have tried, i have self harmed. But by listening to Joe and just ordered is book am hoping to find coping mechanisms to get through my life so i what to thank him and wish him the best of luck in life.

Well obviously I wish I'd seen this podcast series when it actually came out. I do believe reaction/commentary especially in your case where you can share stories from the recording would fall under fair use in copyright law. So you could show the episode or at least parts of it.

The only issue I have with Ralf is his constant begging for sponsors and money, less than 10 mins into the show and they've brought it up at least 3-5 times
